Planning consent was secured for a substantial bespoke 6-bedroom, 12,000 sq ft, private house of very contemporary design in Northwood, within the London Borough of Hillingdon.
The site is located within an Area of Special Local Character and this presented a number of challenges throughout the planning process.
The extensive internal and external accommodation includes a basement swimming pool that retracts to become a dance floor complete with “no-holds-barred” disco lighting and a fully equipped adjoining party area.
