Reform worked on behalf of a local Nottingham developer to improve upon a current planning approval. Architectural and commercial experience were applied to create a more contemporary offering of eight large villas in the high value area of Edwalton. Overall area space was increased by 25% by the inclusion of third floor master suites with terraces to create a very special and unique development. Basement allowances also gave the client scope to include the options for swimming pools and cinema rooms for end purchasers.
